Fun stuff from the dataloggers

And some math!

I'm very interested in hard data - so I have lots of numbers, for my bike as well as others.   As a graphic designer, I was interested in how information is presented-  is there a better way to convey an idea?  For example, how do you visualize the power-to-weight of an RG vs a GSXR?  A peak HP number tells you one specific thing - it does not necessarily tell you how a vehicle is going to perform.

I slice and dice the data, trying to gain a better understanding, and better trying to quantify what's happening with the bike.

If you think laptimes are all that matters, that doesn't really paint a complete picture either, right?  Are you doing it all with the engine?  Are you miserable on the brakes?  GPS dataloggers can paint a great picture of your whole lap - it's fascinating!

I'll share a bunch of info from the loggers here- as soon as I can get to it!
